Jeff Rabold has been tapped as the new executive chef at M at Miranova, coming to the Cameron Mitchell restaurant after 15 years in the kitchen at The Refectory Restaurant and Bistro. For the past six years, Rabold had been sous chef at the famed Bethel Road restaurant and it’s here, according to a release from Cameron Mitchell, that he learned an appreciation for French cuisine and cooking techniques.
A Dublin resident, Rabold graduated from Johnson and Wales University in 2004. He’s also served in various positions for restaurants in South Beach and Marco Island, Florida, as well as a French brasserie in Charleston, South Carolina.
Rabold replaces former chef Olivia Giesler, who was named executive chef last fall.
